How to make beans

How to make beans on the stovetop is the way I personally prefer to make my beans and low and slow is the way to go my friends . Here’s what you’ll need to make great beans every time . If you’re wanting to not have as spicy beans then take out the seeds of the jalapeno or serranos . We are fans in my house of the heat so we keep them in .

Beans :

3lbs beans of choice

1 tbsp avocado oil

4-6 small garlic cloves more if your a fan like myself

1 large white or yellow onion

2 jalapeños or Serrano for extra heat

1/2 bunch cilantro

1 tsp sea salt per lb of beans

Cook in pot on low for 3 hours until they are smooth and soft enjoy !
