... Read moreAs an MBA student, I completely relate to the struggle of sleepless nights. When your workload piles up, and deadlines keep looming, sleep often becomes a distant dream. For me, the journey from Thursday to Saturday with almost no sleep is a common scenario, especially during exam or project crunch times. One thing I've found helpful in managing these exhaustion phases is being mindful of caffeine intake. Products like Alani midday can provide a quick energy boost, but they don’t replace the need for proper rest. I usually grab one of these on a busy Saturday to stay alert during study marathons, but I’ve learned to avoid over-relying on them to prevent crashes or disrupting my sleep cycle even further. It’s important to listen to your body and try to schedule short power naps when possible. Even 20 minutes of rest can be refreshing and enhance focus. Also, some gentle stretches or a brief walk can help reduce the feeling of fatigue. Connecting with peers who understand these challenges also offers emotional support. Sharing stories about sleepless nights and stress helps normalize the experience and encourages healthier coping strategies. Remember, you're not alone in this journey, and eventually, prioritizing self-care and balanced routines will make a big difference in both academic performance and overall wellbeing.

A collage showing dos and don'ts for see-through fabric. It illustrates wearing see-through fabric with and without lining, and the difference between a see-through lining and a seamless lining for a cream knit skirt and top.
A close-up comparison of a cream and black patterned see-through fabric. The top image, marked with an 'X', shows the fabric by itself. The bottom image, marked with a checkmark, shows the fabric with a lining underneath.

Dos & DONT’S- see-thru fabric 🍋
When picking an outfit with see- thru fabric, these are the things I personally like to keep in mind: ❌ I make sure that the item weather it’s a dress, pants, or top etc., isn’t just by itself.. that would not give me the appropriate cover I am looking for. ✅ I make sure that it has some sort o

🍋Let’s talk about. STRESS - part 1
“Where is your achy?” Over the last week I had to succumb to some very annoying health issues, that I thought were totally innocuous, that ended up being a serious result of STRESS. I have it, you have it, the world 🌎 has it…and it sucks. Regardless of where you are in your life or what your str

Can you see a difference? 🫶✨
I got a last lift and tint for the first time the other day! The experience was definitely not what I was expecting! It took way longer than I would have guessed, but that’s probably because of the curling solution (which smelled horrible btw) needed time to set properly. Over all I’m not s

iOS 18! Let’s talk about it!
Every time there’s a new iOS, it does something to my little heart, I start planning in my head how I’m going to use new features to help me not only become more productive at my job or tasks, but also become a better me. I’ll be adding how I plan to use these features at work and or better myself.

An overhead shot displays three film cameras: a white Hello Kitty, a pink Hello Kitty, and a gray Canon Z135, alongside three film rolls. Text asks, "FILM FAQS! PART 2 HOW DO YOU SEE YOUR FILM PHOTOS?"
Three film rolls (Kodak, Fujifilm, BKIF) are shown next to a "The DARKROOM" bag. Text explains that film needs lab development and warns to secure film to prevent light exposure.
Developed film negatives are displayed in protective sleeves. Text explains that after development, the lab scans and emails the photos, showing what developed film looks like.
how do you see film photos?
the next part of my faq series: how do you see the photos? and basically you can't lol, since the photos are taken on negatives you need to get the film developed in order to see them! and once the lab finished developing + scanning the photos, you'll be able to see your photos and post the
