How the Gym has me feeling😌

I started a monthly challenge!

The Goal is to go to the gym 16x in January.

-1.5h min per session.

- 5 days upper body

- 5 days core & cardio

- 5 days lower body

... Read moreStarting a focused gym challenge like this has truly reshaped my daily habits and mindset. Committing to 16 sessions in a month with a minimum of 1.5 hours each forces you to prioritize your health in a deeply intentional way. I found that dividing workouts into upper body, core & cardio, and lower body not only provided a balanced approach but also kept my routines fresh and engaging. The emphasis on core and cardio was particularly rewarding; it improved my endurance and helped me feel more energetic throughout the day. The structured plan prevented burnout, as focusing on different muscle groups each day allowed time for recovery. I noticed subtle yet impactful improvements in posture and strength after sticking to this schedule for just a few weeks. Plus, being part of a community, even virtually like the #gymlovers group, brings extra motivation and camaraderie. My advice for anyone considering a similar challenge is to start with clear goals and allow yourself flexibility without guilt—consistency over perfection. Overall, this monthly gym challenge has not only improved my physical health but also boosted my mental clarity and confidence. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned gym-goer, setting a monthly target like this could be a powerful way to stay driven and see tangible progress.
