Scene 1: When "Mr. Revenue" comes to visit (I don't have a set) 🚨
Our hairdresser's life haircut is simple, only customers come to do beautiful, cut, blow, drier, loop...Until that day! There was a letter from an agency that most business people just heard of. It was "IRS"! He invited me to talk about "taxation" for a year!

On the day of the appointment, he was brave and walked into the IRS office, holding a bag full of puzzled receipts (more puzzled), preparing for a heavy fine!

And then came the second round of shock: the authorities concluded a one-year retroactive tax balance with fines to be received...All included...1,200 baht!

When I heard this number, I wanted to ask the officer again: "Elder! Is it really one thousand two hundred baht? Or how many zeros have fallen?"
Normally, when you hear the words "retroactive tax" and "fine," it should come with a tens of thousands of digits, isn't it? But this is only 1,200 baht! Cheaper than a beautiful hair color for some customers! Play with shock because you are afraid to become shocked because "Why is it so light!"

เผื่อใครเจอจดหมาย/โทรศัพท์จากสรรพากรแล้วมือสั่นเหมือนเรา ขอเล่าทริค “เตรียมตัวก่อนเข้าพบ” แบบคนทำร้านเล็กๆ (เราเป็นร้านทำผม มีเศษผมเต็มพื้นกับอุปกรณ์ทำผมข้างเก้าอี้ตลอดเวลา อยู่ๆ ต้องกลายเป็นนักบัญชีจำเป็นจริงๆ) 1) ตั้งสติแล้วดูให้ชัดว่า “เรียกพบเรื่องอะไร” ในหนังสือมักระบุหัวข้อ เช่น ให้ชี้แจงรายได้/การยื่นแบบ/ภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดา/ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย ฯลฯ ถ้าอ่านไม่เข้าใจ โทรกลับไปที่เบอร์ในหนังสือแล้วถามตรงๆ ได้เลยว่าอยากให้เตรียมเอกสารอะไรไปบ้าง (คุยดีๆ เจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนใหญ่ตอบชัด) 2) เอกสารที่เราว่าเตรียมไว้ก่อนแล้วช่วยมาก - บัตรประชาชน + สำเนา (บางที่ขอดูเฉยๆ) - หนังสือเรียกพบ/เอกสารที่ส่งมา - สมุดบัญชีธนาคาร/สเตทเมนต์ช่วงที่ถูกถาม (รายได้เข้าร้าน) - สมุดจดรายรับรายจ่าย หรือไฟล์ที่เราบันทึกเอง - ใบเสร็จ/บิลค่าใช้จ่ายหลักๆ (ค่าเช่า ค่าน้ำไฟ อุปกรณ์ทำผม สีผม แชมพู) - หลักฐานรายได้จากการโอน/สลิป (ถ้ารับโอนเยอะ) ถึงเอกสารจะไม่เป๊ะทุกใบก็เอาที่มีไปก่อน ดีกว่าไปมือเปล่า 3) วันที่ไปพบ: เล่า “ความจริงของร้านเล็ก” ให้เป็นภาพ เราใช้วิธีบอกโครงสร้างร้านแบบง่ายๆ: ทำคนเดียว/มีลูกจ้างกี่คน รายได้ต่อวันประมาณไหน รับเงินสดหรือโอน สาเหตุที่ไม่รู้เรื่องการยื่นแบบคืออะไร การพูดตรงๆ ช่วยให้เขาประเมินได้เร็ว และทำให้บรรยากาศไม่ตึง 4) คำถามที่มักโดนถาม (ตอบไว้ล่วงหน้าจะไม่งง) - รายได้ต่อเดือน/ต่อปีประมาณเท่าไหร่ - มีลูกจ้างไหม จ่ายเงินเดือนหรือจ้างรายวัน - เคยยื่นภาษีหรือยัง ถ้ายัง ทำไมถึงยังไม่ยื่น - มีแยกบัญชีร้านกับบัญชีส่วนตัวไหม ถ้าเรายังไม่แน่ใจตัวเลข ให้บอกตามข้อมูลที่มี เช่น ดูจากยอดเงินเข้าในบัญชี แล้วค่อยให้เวลาเขาตรวจสอบ 5) เรื่อง “ค่าปรับ/ภาษีย้อนหลัง” ไม่ได้แปลว่าต้องหลักแสนเสมอไป กรณีเรายอดสรุปออกมาแค่ 1,200 บาท เพราะรายได้และเงื่อนไขจริงๆ ของร้านมันไม่ได้สูงอย่างที่คิด และเจ้าหน้าที่คำนวณตามเกณฑ์ (แต่ละคนไม่เหมือนกันนะ) จุดสำคัญคือไปชี้แจงให้ครบ อย่าหายไป เพราะยิ่งปล่อย ยิ่งมีโอกาสโดนหนังสือตาม/เบี้ยปรับเพิ่ม 6) หลังจบเคสแล้วทำยังไงไม่ให้โดนเรียกอีก - แยกบัญชี “รายรับร้าน” ออกจากเงินส่วนตัว (ง่ายสุด) - ทำบันทึกรายรับรายจ่ายรายวัน (แค่ในโน้ตมือถือก็ยังดี) - เก็บบิลค่าใช้จ่ายใส่แฟ้ม/ถ่ายรูปเก็บไว้ - ตั้งเตือนวันยื่นภาษีประจำปี และถ้ามีลูกจ้างให้ศึกษาเรื่องหัก ณ ที่จ่าย/ประกันสังคมเพิ่มเติม สรุปคือ “สรรพากรเรียกพบ” น่ากลัวตอนยังไม่รู้ แต่พอเตรียมเอกสารและคุยตามจริง มันจบได้แบบเบาใจมากๆ ใครเป็นร้านเล็กเหมือนกัน ถ้ามีจดหมายมา อย่าหนีค่ะ ไปคุยให้จบ แล้วกลับมาทำงานต่อแบบสบายใจจริงๆ
