Creamy Potato Soup

• potatoes

• celery

• onion

• green onions

• cheese

• bacon

• low sodium chicken broth

• heavy whipping cream

• seasoning of your choice

Directions

- chop bacon into bits and fry in pot, then drain the bacon grease

- chop celery and onion and add to pot with garlic paste, butter and seasonings

- add flour once it is cooked down

- stir to make paste

- add broth and heavy whipping cream to pot and let come to a boil

- add chopped potatoes and let boil til soft

- stir and mash potatoes

- serve with bacon bits and chopped green onions

Bread :

• slice Kings Hawaiian Sweet rolls in half

• add butter and seasoning mixture to inside (and to the top later) and add sliced cheese
