HOW TO: Reduce swollen face + smaller face, not dependent on 💗 (People used to swell and actually reduce!)
For a while, we were very swollen. Photographically, I wasn't sure. 🥲
But when you try to adjust your little behavior, your face gradually gets very confused!
✨ What we do and see results:
💧 1. Drink more water (very important!)
From before, drink less → increase to about 2 liters a day.
It helps to reduce swelling. The face is clearer.
😴 2. Sleep fast. Sleep enough.
This one is very clear!
If you sleep late = swollen face, immediately sluggish eyes.
We tried to sleep before midnight. Face down, actually.
🥗 3.Diet Control + Unstressed Weight Loss
I didn't starve, but I chose to eat more.
Reduce its salty, its fried stuff.
When the fat is reduced = the face is naturally smaller.
🚶♀️ 4. Move / exercise regularly.
No need to be heavy. Just consistent.
Circulation improved. The face didn't swell easily.
🧂 5. Beware of sodium (swollen face!)
Whenever you eat salty, your face swells up immediately.
