One effective way to address this is by using Windows Recovery Environment tools. For example, booting from a Windows installation USB or DVD allows you to access the Command Prompt and run commands like 'bootrec /fixmbr', 'bootrec /fixboot', and 'bootrec /rebuildbcd' to repair the boot files. It's important to note that these commands rebuild the boot sector and fix the BCD store, which can resolve the error without deleting your personal files. In some cases, checking the BIOS settings is also necessary to ensure your hard drive is correctly detected and set as the primary boot device. Sometimes incorrect boot order or disabling legacy support in newer systems can lead to this error.
