Overnight Oats and Yogurt
Day 4… Today wasn’t a bad shift at all. I was freezing, and my patients had me all over the place, but overall it was a good day. The best part? I stayed on track with my goals. 💪🏾 Today’s meals: 🥗 Salad for lunch 🍓 Fruit ☕ Protein coffee 🥣 And now I finally get to enjoy my overnight oats.

Let’s make protein Coffee
I’m not a huge breakfast person, but in order to hit my protein goals, I have to have something. So today im starting off with a caramel protein coffee frappe with vanilla cold foam. 😩I know I showed white chocolate because I mistakenly 🤦🏾‍♀️threw away my caramel bottle when I was done with it
