「にんじんネイル」で検索してくる人って、だいたい“にんじんをどうやってネイルで可愛く描くか”“オレンジが派手になりすぎない方法”が知りたいことが多い気がします。私も最初はキャロットオレンジをそのまま塗ったら蛍光っぽくなってしまって、冬ネイルの雰囲気から浮いたので、そこを調整するだけで一気に「ほっこり」寄りになりました。 まず、にんじんは形を完璧にしようとするより、シルエットをシンプルにすると失敗しにくいです。私がやっている描き方は、①先端を少し丸くした三角（しずく形）を作る→②先端側に少しだけ濃い色（同じオレンジに黒をほんの少量足した色）で影を入れる→③乾いたら白をちょんっと細く入れてツヤを出す、の3ステップ。白ハイライトが入るだけで一気に立体感が出て、シールっぽさが消えます。 色作りのコツは「黒は最小限」。黒を入れすぎると一気に茶色に寄るので、爪楊枝の先に付く程度を混ぜるのがちょうどよかったです。おすすめは、キャロットオレンジ＋黒をごく少量で“くすみオレンジ”にしてから、さらに白を少し足して“ミルキーキャロット”に寄せること。冬のニットやコートに合わせるなら、この少しミルキーなオレンジが馴染みやすいです。 にんじんの葉っぱ部分は、緑を使わなくても可愛くできます。例えば、ゴールドラメを細筆で3本シュッと入れるだけでも「それっぽく」見えるし、赤×ゴールドラメの全体テーマとも統一できます。もし緑を使うなら、原色グリーンより、白を混ぜた淡いグリーンが浮きにくいです。 配置のおすすめは、にんじんを“1〜2本だけ主役”にすること。全部の指に描くとキャラっぽくなりやすいので、親指or人差し指だけにんじん、他はバーガンディ・オフホワイト・ゴールドラメでまとめると大人っぽいまま遊び心が出ます。ラメは爪全体に塗る指と、爪先に散らす指を分けると、セルフでもこなれ感が出やすかったです。 最後に、にんじんアートはトップコートで滲みやすいことがあるので、線やハイライトを描いたら一度しっかり硬化（または乾燥）してから、トップはこすらず“のせる”感覚で塗ると失敗しにくいです。これだけでにんじんネイルがぐっと見やすく、写真映えもしやすくなりました。
