Omg! Super happy with how this came out. I wasn’t really up to cooking these last few days, and mom and I had pizza w/salad yesterday.

Today… I made air fried salmon, and a spicy mushroom ramen bowl. Pulled together with a slice of white bread.

Melt in your mouth miso salmon
