Creamy Italian Soup

Need:

- 1lb Italian sausage

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (optional)

- 1 cup chopped carrots

- 1/2 a yellow onion chopped

- 32oz chicken broth

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

- 1/2 cup HWC

- 4 oz cream cheese (softened preferably)

- 8oz ditalini pasta

-seasonings to taste (I used: s + p, garlic powder, onion powder, crushed red pepper)

- shredded Parmesan (optional)

Directions:

*start boiling water for pasta noodles in separate pot

- brown sausage

- add onion and carrots (cook until softened)

- add chicken (if using)

- add chicken broth and bring to a simmer

- add cream cheese and stir until well mixed

- add parm and HWC and stir until well mixed

- add seasonings and let simmer until pasta noodles are finished

- once pasta noodles are finished I added 1/2 cup to 1 cup of pasta water and then add in pasta and stir well

- I garnish mine with shredded Parmesan on top 👩🏻‍🍳💋
