Quick & Easy Dinner idea for college students

all these items can be found at walmart!

•potatoes:

-preheat your oven to 400 degrees

-cut potatoes into small cubes and season to your liking!

-put a good amount of olive oil on pan and place your potatoes on it and mix around so they cook in the olive oil better

-place in oven for 10 mins

-after 10 mins take them out and move them around and place in the oven for another 10 minutes

•steak:

-thaw your chosen steak (mine was a filet mignon)

- season your steak with salt and dan-O’s seasoning

-put a good amount of olive oil in a pan and put to medium-high temperature

-place both sides of fat cap in the pan for about a minute each before cooking the steak

-cook your steak for about 5-6 minutes before adding butter to the pan

-turn temperature to low so the butter doesn’t burn

-melt butter ontop of the steak for a minute then let it melt into the pan and with a spoon pour it on the steak

-cook to your desired liking

•Vegetables:

-follow the directions on the back of the bag for timing

-once finished in the microwave cut open and sprinkle some salt in the bag and a little bit of butter and shake around!

Quick Dinner Idea! 😋
This was my first time making this & it turned out so good! 🥰 After taking them out of the oven I used a pizza cutter to cut them into fours so I could share! This is definitely going in my rotation of things to make for dinner!! 😋 ⭐️Overall rating: 10/10! #Lemon8Diary #dinneri
