While the ultimate vision might seem distant, celebrating small milestones keeps motivation high. For example, increasing repeat clients or mastering a new lash technique are significant achievements along the way. Building a business in Montreal has its unique aspects. The city’s vibrant beauty community offers both competition and collaboration, pushing me to stand out by offering personalized services and maintaining high-quality standards. Engaging with local events and social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok has also helped increase visibility and attract new clients. Moreover, maintaining a strong vision is crucial. It guides daily activities and decisions, helping me stay focused despite setbacks. The progress so far has encouraged me to continue refining my craft, investing in professional development, and experimenting with innovative lash styles. For anyone starting a similar journey, I recommend embracing the process, learning from mistakes, and valuing each step forward. Growth won't happen overnight, but with passion and perseverance, it’s possible to transform a dream into a thriving business.
