SPOOKY MATCHA REESES 👻🍵 for episode 2 of Homemade Halloween & using @Sencha Naturals #SenchaPartner #spookysencha

Welcome BACK to Homemade Halloween–the series where we’re making all of our favorite Halloween candies from scratch 🍫 And you know this series would never be complete without something matcha 🍵 We’re using my favorite matcha from Sencha Naturals! This is my everyday go-to for my morning lattes & when I’m creating fun recipes like this :) It’s first harvest ceremonial grade, smooth, and the taste is unmatched!

This spooky season, the Sencha team is celebrating Halloween with a chance to win free matcha + Matcha Lovers Club merch! 🍵🎃 You can share your own spooky matcha creation and tag @senchanaturals — all the details are on their page 💚 Also, make sure you’re using code “SOKO20” for 20% off when you order 🤝

Now let’s get into these Spooky Matcha Reeses! Recipe is below and you have to let me know if you try 🤝

Spooky Matcha Reeses

1 cup creamy peanut butter (salted, if your peanut butter isn’t salted, add in 1⁄4 tsp to the recipe)

1/2 cup powdered coconut sugar (can sub with regular powdered sugar!)

1 & 1/4 cup white chocolate chips

3 tbsp coconut oil

2 tsp @senchanaturals Emperor’s Matcha

In a mixing bowl, mix together the creamy peanut butter and powdered coconut sugar until smooth. Transfer the mixture to your spooky Halloween molds!* Place the molds in the freezer to set until completely hardened (about 3-4 hours)

Then, melt down the white chocolate with the coconut oil. Transfer this to a bowl and whisk in the matcha until smooth and a beautiful light green color. Remove the peanut butter mixture from the mold and dip into the matcha white chocolate until fully coated. Place on a wire rack or parchment paper lined baking sheet to set.

Once the chocolate is set, enjoy!

*If you don’t have these, you can also transfer the mixture to a glass dish to then cut into squares.
