2 weeks post partum 🥰

2025/3/7 Edited to

... Read moreAt two weeks postpartum, it's vital for new mothers to prioritize their physical and emotional recovery. This period can often be overwhelming with challenges such as hormonal changes, physical healing, and sleep deprivation. Focus on self-care routines that include gentle exercises like walking, which can aid in recovery while boosting your mood. Adequate hydration and nutrition play critical roles in healing; consume a balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals. Don't hesitate to seek support from your partner, family, or friends. Sharing your experiences and feelings can alleviate stress and promote emotional wellness. Many new mothers also find it beneficial to join support groups where they can connect with others facing similar situations. Remember, every mom’s journey is unique, and there is no right way to navigate these early weeks. Be patient with yourself and celebrate each small victory.

New to Lemon8 and new to motherhood ☺️ This first walk with baby was absolutely terrifying. But I’m so glad I did it. Everyday is scary as I battle post partum anxiety and fear of just about anything happening while we are out. Keeping baby close made me feel so much better with the solly wrap.
