I Need Electrolytes 💦🫶

So I work outside and I drink a lot of water, but I feel like it’s not enough. I was told that it could be that I need some electrolytes to help me stay hydrated more and I was recommended electrolyte packets. My question is are there any brand recommendations? ❤️
