"Jesus throughout eternity"
Ephesians 2:1 NASB2020
[1] And you were dead in your offenses and sins,
We once were like the "Walking dead",
living in disobedience to God our Creator, chasing the lusts of our flesh and fantasies of our minds.
But God loved us anyway, so He showed us mercy. Even though we were like hopeless zombies, He gave us His Son.
Jesus' blood for our redemption...
He raised Jesus from the dead and sat Him in the heavens at His right hand.
This was a gift to us, a relationship to have with Jesus throughout eternity. A mind boggling gift and our only hope.
So it is;
Ephesians 2:8
"For by grace you have been saved through faith; and this is not of yourselves, it is the gift of God"
This is not something we could have achieved by our own doing! Everything is reliant on God's will, and for His glory.
In this life Jesus offers us "new life". With each of your life's problems and issues that you lie at the feet of Jesus, brings a new freedom. How are you going to honor the new life and freedom you received?
Jesus, take them all. All of my transgressions, all of my insecurities, all of my baggage. I said this to You one day and You took everything I could bring to You.
You gave me a burning desire to serve only You, and I pressed in further. The more I pressed, the more You revealed, and the more You revealed the more I knew how desperately I needed You.
You showed me possibilities that I never knew existed! You gave me visions that made me realize how deep Your love really runs.
I asked You questions and You didn't hesitate to answer, many times blowing my mind.
Now we walk and You continue to cleanse me in the places that are and were "hidden" from view.
I suppose I'm a walking testimony of a living Savior, yet still a work in progress. Thank you, Jesus for being in that place where I needed you the most! In Your name, Amen.

Believers testify to the profound changes this relationship brings; being cleansed from hidden sins, discovering potential, and feeling the warmth of divine love that calls us to serve. Pressing into this relationship reveals new opportunities for joy and purpose—demonstrating that we are indeed a work in progress, learning to live in accordance with God’s will. Ultimately, engaging with the eternal love of Jesus fortifies our faith and reshapes our identity in Him, providing hope beyond the struggles of the present.
