I am not easily impressed and it’s rare to me that people who say what they are doing are actually doing it.
Especially in a world of FOMO and AI hype.
In today's tech landscape, it's easy to get caught up in the hype around AI and emerging technologies. Many companies and individuals tout big promises, claiming revolutionary progress, yet genuine delivery is surprisingly rare. From personal experience, what truly impresses me is when someone not only talks about building something innovative but actually follows through. This authenticity builds trust and credibility, something increasingly scarce in the social frenzy fueled by Fear Of Missing Out (FOMO). Building and maintaining quality software that connects users and integrates with third-party solutions is not just a goal but a continuous commitment. I've seen projects that started with excitement and buzz but quickly lost momentum due to poor follow-through or lack of serious dedication. On the other hand, those who maintain their technologies seriously create sustainable value and future-proof their innovations. It's also important to be skeptical about the hype surrounding AI. While AI brings incredible potential, genuine progress requires serious effort, understanding, and discipline—not just catchy slogans or marketing buzz. For anyone interested in tech or AI, focusing on what is actually being built and maintained, rather than what is merely being touted socially, offers a clearer perspective on future opportunities and innovations.
