Keto Low Carb Chocolate 🍫 Chip Cookie 🍪 Bar

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c butter (melted)

2 eggs

1/2 c almond flour

2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp almond extract (optional)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 c Monk Fruit sweetener

1/2 c Truvia Brown Sugar Blend

8oz bag of Hershey's sugar free chocolate chips.

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 325 degree F.

Melt butter, then set aside.

Beat two eggs in a mixing bowl until foamy.

Mix in sugars, flour, extracts.

Stir melted butter in and then chocolate chips.

Pour mixture into a greased baking pan. Bake for about 1 hour.

Almond flour browns faster than most so it will come out looking very done. Serve warm with some Halo Top ice cream of choice. It's a nice treat when you're wanting something sweet.
