Homemade Dipping Sauce

This dipping sauce is perfect for seafood, grilled meat, drizzle over a salad or simple use to enhance side dishes.

Ingredients:

7 cloves garlic.

3 or more chilli.

1 dinner spoonful palm sugar or 2-3 tbsp reg. Sugar.

1/2 tsp MSG (optional).

4 tbsp fish sauce ( I'm using Flying Lion brand).

2 limes.

Serve immediately or keep in

refrigerator shelf life fresh for 3-5 days.
