Prepare before the day. 🗓️
• Abstain from contact lenses for 3-14 days
• Make-up: Do not wear makeup + Do not drive by yourself (must be picked back)
Procedures before entering the operating room 🏥
• Appointment via Facebook page to check the eyes (measuring eyesight, curvature, corneal thickness, iris dilation)
• Our doctor said, "The cornea is very thick." Through the wade. Can do it in the afternoon!
Minutes of Cutting Board Actual (10-15 minutes finished!) ⏱️
• Lying for anesthesia when shooting a real laser for 10-15 seconds each!
• Trick: Set your mind and stare at the laser light as still as possible. It will be done very quickly and accurately.
• Operating Room Secrets: Smell a burning smell, come gently, very exotic, and after white eyes will bleed. Don't panic! 2 weeks, disappear.

Taking care of yourself after doing 🕶️
• Do not touch your eyes with water for 7 days (wipe your face instead, wash your hair at the store or give it to someone at the pool house)
• Clear eye cover 7 days before bed + disinfectant eye drops by doctor
• We stayed for 3 days and went back to work staring at the computer. With dry eyes for the first month, have to drop artificial tears often + wear blue light filter glasses to reduce fatigue and switch to look away
• Sunny, must wear sunglasses throughout

ในฐานะคนที่ทำงานในออฟฟิศเหมือนกัน ผมเข้าใจดีว่าการมีสายตาสั้นและต้องใส่แว่นหรือคอนแทคเลนส์สร้างความลำบากใจและไม่สะดวกแค่ไหนโดยเฉพาะเวลาทำงานหน้าคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือออกกำลังกายประจำวันที่ทำให้ใส่แว่นตารู้สึกไม่คล่องตัว จากประสบการณ์ของผมเองที่ได้ทำเลสิกกับโรงพยาบาลไทยนครินทร์ เข้ามาตรวจอย่างละเอียดก่อนทำเมื่อแพทย์ประเมินแล้วว่ากระจกตาหนาพอ ก็สามารถทำเลสิกได้เลยในวันเดียวกัน ขั้นตอนก็รวดเร็วและเจ็บน้อยมากจริงๆ ส่วนการเตรียมตัวที่เราเคยได้ยินอย่างเช่นการงดใส่คอนแทคเลนส์ก่อน 3–14 วัน ถือว่าเป็นเรื่องสำคัญมาก เพราะจะช่วยให้ผลการตรวจเป็นไปอย่างแม่นยำ สิ่งที่ประทับใจคือหลังทำเสร็จทันที สามารถมองเห็นชัดเจนเหมือนได้ตาใหม่เลย และเพียงแค่พัก 3 วันก็สามารถกลับไปทำงานและจ้องหน้าจอคอมพิวเตอร์ได้เหมือนเดิม พร้อมกับต้องดูแลตาด้วยการหยอดน้ำตาเทียมบ่อย ๆ และเลี่ยงการโดนน้ำตาในช่วงแรก รวมถึงใส่แว่นกรองแสงสีฟ้าเพื่อช่วยลดอาการล้าด้วย ทั้งนี้ เราควรเตรียมใจให้พร้อมสำหรับความรู้สึกแปลกใหม่จากกลิ่นเหม็นไหม้เบา ๆ บริเวณห้องผ่าตัดและรอยเลือดออกเล็กน้อยบริเวณตาที่จะหายไปเองภายใน 2 สัปดาห์ แต่ทั้งหมดนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งที่ทำให้ผลลัพธ์ของเลสิกประสบความสำเร็จและทำให้ชีวิตประจำวันง่ายขึ้นอย่างมากโดยเฉพาะสำหรับผู้ที่ต้องใช้สายตาอย่างหนัก ใครที่กำลังลังเลว่าควรทำเลสิกดีไหม ผมแนะนำว่ารีวิวนี้ช่วยให้เห็นมุมมองจากประสบการณ์จริง และถ้าเลือกสถานที่และแพทย์ที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญ ผลลัพธ์จะคุ้มค่ากับการลงทุนทั้งด้านเวลาและเงินแน่นอน!
