Gingerbread People Recipe

I made some gingerbread people, and they were absolutely delicious. Here is the recipe if you would like to try for yourself!

Gingerbread Cookies:

Butter or part butter and part shortening 340g

Brown Sugar 250g

Baking Soda 5g

Salt 4g

Ginger, ground 5g

Cinnamon 2g

Cloves, ground 1g

2 eggs

Molasses 340g

Pastry Flour 750g

Combine and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 Celsius) for 10-12 minutes.
