Is Sunday Pilates Club worth it?!🚫

Timeline of events:

• 8 Feb: Date of product launch and placed order

• 12 Feb: Wrote in to ask about status and SPC replied that the order will be shipped out tomorrow (i.e. 13 Feb)

• 14 Feb: Sent out the item 5 working days after order was placed despite stating on email that it’ll be sent out on 13 Feb

• 21 Feb: Received item after close to 2 weeks (delivery by Ninja Van is understandably delayed due to CNY)

Is it reasonable for a company to take 5 days to QC and ship out an item? If it’s not ready, then it shouldn’t be launched? Although they did offered a 20% discount code for my next purchase, why would anyone purchase again after such a poor service experience?

Also, consider whether the quality and price align with the waiting inconvenience. In conclusion, while Sunday Pilates Club may have quality products, their current logistics and customer service need improvement.
