Trust me, once you try these, you'll be hooked. They're surprisingly easy to make and perfect for a cozy treat or entertaining guests. Easy Lotus Biscoff Croffles Recipe What you'll need: 1-2 sheets of ready-made puff pastry (or croissant dough, if you're feeling ambitious!) Lotus Biscoff spread Granulated sugar (optional, for extra crispiness) Waffle maker Instructions: Preheat your waffle maker to medium-high heat. Unroll your puff pastry.
