HIGH PROTEIN BROWNIE RECIPE 🍫

📌 Next time you’re craving something sweet, try these high protein, low calorie brownies that are so simple to make 🍫

Servings: 9 (1 serving = 1 piece)

82 calories/serving (7p/2.3f/10.7c)

INGREDIENTS:

250g Greek yogurt

1 egg

1/3 cup (30g) cocoa powder

1/3 cup (60g) granulated sweetener

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup (35g) chocolate protein powder

15g dark chocolate chips (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix Greek yogurt, egg, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder and protein powder in a bowl. Can add in optional chocolate chips. Transfer to pan, even out, and can sprinkle on a few more chocolate chips.

Bake at 350 for about 25 mins (until they start to rise a bit). Then take em out, let them cool and top with sea salt.

Cut into 9 even pieces and enjoy! :)
