Running recently!

Hey guys!

Im doing the #lemon8diarychallenge and wanted my first post to be about running! I am a track and field athlete at Indiana State and have summer training plans my coach sends me. Each day I have a run or a workout to do to keep me in shape for cross season! Running has been great and I’ve even added in some hot yoga and Pilates to increase my strength! Super excited to see where this season takes me!
