🌿 3-Ingredient Foraged Dandelion Leaf Salad
Ingredients:
1. 🥬 Young dandelion leaves (a handful, washed and torn)
2. 🛢 Oil (1–2 tbsp — any kind: olive, veggie, etc.)
3. 🍋 Acid (1 tbsp — lemon juice, vinegar, or even pickle brine)

Instructions:
1. Soak dandelion leaves in cold water for 10 minutes to reduce bitterness.
2. Whisk together oil and acid to make a simple dressing.
