NO BAKE | 6 INGREDIENT | Pumpkin Bite

Happy Sunday!! Today I made these no-bake pumpkin bites🎃🤤.

This seriously took 10mins and they’re so delicious.

WHAT YOU NEED

1/2C natural PB

1/3C pumpkin purée

3TBSP sugar free syrup

1/3C coconut flour

1TSP pumpkin pie spice

however many white chocolate chips you want !

WHAT YOU DO

1. Combine peanut butter, pumpkin, syrup and flour in a bowl. (Consistency will be similar to a dough)

2. Roll into ball shape (12-14 depending on how you roll them).

3. Top with a little scoop of melted white chocolate, and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.

4. Set in fridge to cool (10-15mins?)

5. ENJOY!!
