It took me years to understand this, but I'm giving you the secret in 30 seconds.

1. Stop obsessing over the scale - If you're building muscle while losing fat, the number on the scale might barely change. Body recomposition is about changing your physique and not just your weight.

2. Train hard - Stop treating the weights like they're made of glass. Push yourself, progressively overload, and focus on getting stronger every week.

3. Eat to fuel your workouts - You don't need to eat like a bird. If you want to lift heavy and build muscle, you need to give your body enough food to recover and grow.

4. Be patient - Results don't happen in days or even weeks. Most of the time it feels like nothing is changing... until one day you look in the mirror and realize you've built the body you always wanted.

Stay consistent. That's the real secret.

PS - I weigh the same in both clips.

... Read moreFrom my own journey, one important lesson I learned is that the scale is not the ultimate measure of fitness progress. When you focus on building muscle while losing fat, your weight might stay the same for weeks, but your body composition is improving. Taking progress photos and measuring inch loss can be more motivating and revealing than the number on the scale. Training hard means pushing beyond comfort zones; I found that progressively lifting heavier weights week by week was key to building strength and muscle. It helps to track your workouts to ensure you’re progressively overloading your muscles safely. Nutrition played a huge role. Instead of restricting calories excessively, I prioritized eating enough protein and carbohydrates to fuel my workouts and recovery. This approach supported both strength gains and fat loss. Lastly, patience and consistency are crucial. Transformation takes time, and many days will feel like there’s no progress. However, sticking to the plan leads to noticeable changes over months. Remember, the mirror and how your clothes fit can be better motivations than the scale alone. This process changed how I view fitness: it’s not just about weight, but about feeling stronger and healthier inside and out.

32 things it took me 32 years to learn pt.1
Now granted, some of these things I’ve learned and applied quickly. Some of these things it took me a couple bumps on the head to come to the realization. I refuse to repeat a lesson I’ve been through before. I immediately ask God, what did I miss the first go round? Do I have to go through this

It took me 25 years to learn this‼️
Betrayal isn’t the only reason to end a relationship… I used to believe that as long as 2 people in a relationship never cheated, the relationship was destined to work out! THIS COULDN’T BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH Sometimes the person you’re dating just isn’t right for you. There doesn’t
