Personally, I try to create space in my daily routine to reflect and appreciate these memories—whether through journaling, photography, or simply quiet contemplation. Holding onto a memory is not about clinging to the past but about honoring the feelings and connections that define who we are. Ultimately, embracing these memories can inspire us to carry forward the love, lessons, and joy they represent.
