Mini Cones, Major Summer Vibes
These little ice cream cone cake pops are almost too cute to eat… almost 😋
Gluten-free cake, dipped in white chocolate, and sprinkled. Sweet, simple and seriously good 🤍.
Ingredients:
- 10 cups crumbled gluten-free classic yellow cake (baked and cooled; follow ingredient list on box
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1 pack white chocolate melts
- 1 bag miniature cones
- Red & blue sprinkles
Instructions:
1.) Bake your gluten-free classic yellow cake according to package instructions. Once cooled, pulse in a food processor until you get about 10 cups of fine crumbs.
2.) Combine cake crumbs with condensed milk until it forms a dough-like texture.
3.) Roll into balls using about 1 full tablespoon per ball. Place on a tray and freeze for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, melt 1/4 of the white chocolate melts in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
4.) Dip the wide end of each mini cone into the melted chocolate and gently press onto a cake ball. Freeze for another 20 minutes while you melt the rest of the chocolate.
5.) Once the cones have set, dip each cake ball fully into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off. Sprinkle generously with red and blue sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.
