Ingredients for the Filling

* 4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

* 2 large eggs

* 1/2 cup milk

* 1/4 cup brown sugar

* 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

* 1 tsp vanilla extract

Ingredients for the Topping

* 2 cups @eatsantenuts sweet and spicy pecans, chopped

* 1 cup gluten-free all purpose flour

* 1 cup brown sugar

* 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions for the Filling

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then add the peeled and cubed sweet potatoes

2. Cover and simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes

3. While cooking, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a large baking dish

4. After the allotted time, remove the potatoes and mash them in a bowl

5. Add the eggs, milk, brown sugar, butter, and vanilla extract

6. Mix to combine, then transfer to the prepared baking dish

Instructions for the topping

1. Combine the chopped pecans, flour, brown sugar, and butter in a bowl

2. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of the sweet potatoes

3. Bake for 55 mins, broil on low for 5mins & enjoy!
