6 Jul to 6 Sep 2026. Don’t say BOJIO.
If you're a true lobster enthusiast, Lime Restaurant’s Lobsterfest is an event you definitely shouldn't miss. Having attended last year's festival, I can assure you that it goes beyond a typical seafood buffet—it's a full lobster overload with a variety of exciting dishes that showcase the versatility of lobster. One standout is the lobster laksa, which combines the rich, spicy flavors of traditional laksa with succulent lobster meat. Another highlight is the lobster claypot biryani, a delightful fusion of aromatic Indian spices with the sweetness of lobster. The lobster thermidor, a classic French preparation, is perfectly creamy and indulgent. A real insider tip is to visit on weekends, where for just S$10 extra, you get access to exclusive dishes like live Australian rock lobster tartare topped with uni and mustard ponzu—a refreshing and luxurious starter that awakens your palate. The highlight for me was the Moutai flambe lobster served with glass noodles, which had an addictive umami flavor and a delightful flair from the flambe presentation. It’s so good that one serving is never enough! The festival also features other quality options such as roast pork porchetta and grilled beef ribs for those who may want a break from seafood. Don’t forget to save room for desserts including gelato. Prices start from S$138++ for dinner during weekdays and S$148++ on weekends, so it’s good to book your spot early as this popular event runs from 6 July to 6 September 2026. Overall, Lobsterfest at Lime Restaurant perfectly balances an elegant dining experience with exciting, innovative lobster dishes. It’s a must-try for foodies and a fantastic way to celebrate the season of lobster in Singapore.
