As a busy mom of five and an entrepreneur juggling the demands of Supreme Planning Solutions and the formation of Mind Blown Arts & Culture, finding moments for myself and truly cherishing experiences has become my personal 'soft life' transformation. It's not always easy, but embracing these moments of self-care and joy is key to staying 'Friendly & Fabulous'! My journey into true wellness and self-care really blossomed as my family grew and my responsibilities expanded. For years, I struggled with sensitive skin, feeling like almost everything I tried just irritated it. It’s been a real process of trial and error, a personal skincare journey to discover simple, gentle routines that actually work for my unique skin. I’ve learned that less truly is more, and finding those few holy grail products, focused on nourishment rather than harsh treatments, makes all the difference. It’s about listening to my body, understanding its needs, and treating it with kindness. Then there’s the sheer joy of fragrance! My collection isn't just about smelling good; each bottle holds a memory or can instantly shift my mood. It's a small, luxurious ritual that brings so much happiness and a sense of personal luxury. And my nails? They're definitely a part of my personality! Getting them done isn't just about aesthetics; it's a little slice of 'me time' that makes me feel put-together, confident, and ready to tackle anything, no matter how chaotic the day gets. These small acts of self-indulgence are my way of intentionally living the 'soft life' amidst the daily hustle of family and business. Beyond these personal routines, my profound love for 'Food, Drinks, & Experiences' is a huge part of my life's richness and continuous personal growth. Whether it’s discovering a new hidden gem restaurant with my fiancé, trying an exotic drink recipe I’ve never heard of, or planning a weekend adventure that creates lasting memories with all five of my children, these moments are what truly enrich our lives and strengthen our bonds as a family. As a proud Jamaican, cooking is also a huge passion of mine, and experimenting with new recipes, while still keeping our traditional, flavorful dishes alive and frequently plugged into our diet, is a continuous culinary adventure. It's truly a journey of exploring new tastes, cultures, and traditions, right from my kitchen! Being a 'digital creator' means I get to share these authentic pieces of my life with you, and it’s incredibly fulfilling. From running my event planning business with its unique challenges and triumphs, to actively contributing to the newly forming Mind Blown Arts & Culture nonprofit, my professional life is just as much a part of this evolving personal journey. It’s about creating, connecting, inspiring, and constantly learning.
