Karak chai, A delicious rich and creamy spiced south Asian tea, popular and loved in the Middle East as well! I always have more than one cup ☕️ Recipe is written down below ⬇️

-1 black tea bag

-7-8 crushed cardamom pods

-5-6 cloves

-1 piece of ginger

-1 cinnamon stick

-a few saffron strands

-1/2 a cup of water

-1 cup evaporated milk

-1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk(add more if needed and you can change it to any preferred sweetener)

Add the cardamom, cloves, ginger, tea bag, cinnamon stick and water to a pot, bring to a boil, add in the evaporated milk and bring to a low simmer for 15 minutes, add the saffron strands and evaporated milk simmer a few more minutes until the tea thickens.
