You’ll need:
• 4 oz ground chicken
• 1 tortilla (I used 8-inch @Mission Foods low carb)
• 2 cups kale
• 2 Tbsp TJ’s Caesar dip
• Salt, pepper, olive oil
• Optional: lemon + parm
To make:
1. Massage kale w/ salt + oil, toss w/ dip, chill.
2. Smash chicken into tortilla, cook meat-side down, flip + toast.
3. Top with salad, lemon, parm if you want. Done.
