Step 4: get a toner to balance the skins PH.

Step 5: get a serum, there are so many kinds

Step 6: SPF is your best friend. 30-50 is the best

Step 7: Everyone should have a moisturizer, if not this I’m using shea butter.

As a starting point, double cleansing is crucial for effectively removing impurities, especially if you wear makeup. I recommend using professional-grade cleansers such as the Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel for a gentle yet effective cleanse. Exfoliation is another key step, ideally done once or twice a week. The Daily Microfoliant from Dermalogica can brighten your complexion and help with texture issues without irritating the skin. Additionally, incorporating a hydrating face mask, like the Conductive PRO Masque, can provide much-needed moisture and address various skin concerns. Balancing your skin's pH with a toner, such as a multi-active toner, helps in prepping your skin for serums and moisturizers. I particularly love the Good Molecules Hyaluronic Acid Serum, which deeply hydrates and plumps the skin, making it appear more youthful. Of course, don’t forget sunscreen! A broad-spectrum SPF, ideally a physical defense option, helps protect against harmful UV rays. Lastly, using a moisturizer like an oil-free formula or natural options such as shea butter will seal in hydration and keep your skin comfortable throughout the day.
