Day 426
June 16, 2026 ☀️
Today begins the day weirder than usual.
I got up early and wasn't hungry, so I drank water and started working at home.
During the morning, the laundry was done and the undivided fat pack was taken into the freezer. It was originally intended to be stored in a simple refrigerator, but it started to smell. While handling, it seemed to start to smell drunk, so I didn't want to eat anything in the morning.
The first meal of the day is therefore noon.
Eat wrapped meat, but not all because there is not much appetite.
Then I saw that the five black items that had been used to nourish blood were still left, so I heated them in the microwave, warmed them for 2 minutes, and warmed them for 2 minutes. Although I felt that it wasn't hot all over, I ate them all because I didn't want to leave.
Afternoons begin to feel very sleepy and tired, which is almost never like this.
So I drank Chinese tea, Chinese medicine and butter coffee, hoping to freshen it up.
But it felt strange, like nausea and burp.
So he hurried to finish the job and told him in his office that he would come home at 5: 00 today.
Driving out of the office shortly after, he felt very nauseous. Fortunately, there was a bag in the car, so he vomited in the bag.
After the vomiting was completed, the headaches and awkwardness gradually improved markedly.
Get home, gargle your mouth, clean your body, and sleep for about half an hour.
Wake up on the job phone with the boss, then change clothes, walk the stretch, sip water gradually, and go to bed long.
For menstruation, there was very little bleeding today. There was almost nothing on sanitary napkins all day.
After vomiting, the blood barely came out again.
Wearing regular sleeping tampons tonight.
When I woke up early, there was almost nothing on the sanitary napkins.
Today is the day the body signals to know that it should take a break and listen to itself.
Some days we may not be full of strength, but resting when necessary is also a form of self-care.
Hopefully tomorrow will be fresher and the body will be normal again.
Thank you to the body for trying to do the best job.
Thank you for still having the opportunity to rest when the body needs it.
Thanks. Thanks. Thanks. 🙏💛
