Brain fog. Migraines. Hormones. Dismissed again.

Ever feel like you’re living in a fog?

Not just the “I need coffee” kind—but the kind that makes you forget what you were saying mid-sentence… in your own kitchen… staring into the fridge you just opened for some reason.

That’s been me. A lot lately.

I used to chalk it up to #MomLife or just being “busy,” but when the brain fog turned into full-blown migraines—debilitating, recurring, and always around the same time of the month—I started tracking them.

And guess what? They weren’t random. They were hormonal. I could see the pattern, clear as day.

So I brought that to my doctor, hoping we could dig deeper. Maybe check my hormones? Maybe run a panel?

But instead, I was told:

“Well, you’ll have another 15 years of that… just find a medication that lessens it.”

That was it.

No next steps. No curiosity. No support.

That moment changed things for me. Because I realized—we’re not supposed to just deal with pain. Or push through fog. Or silence our own intuition because a doctor won’t listen.

This isn’t a pity post. It’s a wake-up post.

If you’re feeling off, fatigued, foggy, or like your body is screaming but no one’s listening—I see you. And I believe you.

You’re not crazy. You’re not dramatic.

You’re a mom, a woman, a human trying to get through the day in a body that deserves better answers.

I’m learning, healing, and exploring more holistic options now—and I’ll be sharing more soon. But just know: if you’re nodding your head reading this, you’re not alone.

Let’s talk about it. Drop a “same” if this hit home or message me if you’ve been in this boat too
