🥣 Breakfast: 18g of protein
🥣Snack: 36g of protein
🥣 Lunch:40g of protein
🥣 Dinner: 32g of protein
Yes I ate 2 avocados in one day…
This was a heavy lifting day at the gym. I try to aim to eat a little over my body weight in protein on heaving lifting days. Eating like this truly keeps me feeling better on the inside and focused throughout my day! Only thing I would change is adding more leafy greens but 🤷🏾♀️ your girl ran out. ALSO DO NOT FORGET YOUR WATER INTAKE💦
