Pork roast cooked in crockpot with seasonings on high for 6 hours. After it's done shred it place in bowl and add bbq sauce ontop and set to side. I made homemade bbq sauce

Ingredients

2 cups ketchup

3 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

directions-Add all ingredients to a medium-sized saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat, and continue simmering for 15 minutes.

For the Mac and cheese I used penne & elbow noodles once cooked strain put back into pot add milk butter and cheese and mix well! Add into a 9x13 pan then spread the pulled pork over top and bake at 350° for 30 minutes uncovered
