It is so much easier than people think to make your own drinks, dressings, sauces, pickled goods, and fresh bread, and it is 1000% better, imo.
Things I No Longer Buy From the Store:
-Bread / bagels / muffins
-Jam
-Cold brew coffee
-Smoothies
-Oat milk and almond milk
-Pickled radishes, cabbage, cucumbers, red onion
-Dressings / sauces

Step 6: forgetting about half of the fridge or don’t want to eat what’s in there so it’s gonna be spoiled and then you shame yourself for not eating the groceries and waste the money you spend for it. Step 7: repeat everything all over again and go grocery shopping for something you never ate or buying all the junk food this time 🫠🫠🫠
