Crumbl Oreo Cheesecake Cookies 🍪
All I wanted in this wide world when I greeted the day was a Crumbl cookie. But when I lifted the lid of that tiny pink box, what did I see?

And so here we are. A glass of grownup tea in my Anthropologie glass and a small batch of my own Oreo cheesecake cookies. Color me satisfied 😊🍪🤎
Cookie Dough
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup cream or cream cheese *optional
1/2 cup sugar
1 large egg, room temp
1 tsp bourbon vanilla bean paste
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup almond flour
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
Oreo cookies, broken
Cheesecake Frosting
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
6 tbsp unsalted butter, room temp
1/2 block cream cheese, room temp
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp salted caramel syrup
Mix, chill, add cookie dough to greased baking sheet. Bake @ 350F, 13-14 min. Cool allllll the way before frosting and sprinkling with oreos. I added some into the dough and on top!
