From my experience, it’s not uncommon to feel this way even with caffeine in your system — it might be due to how quickly your body metabolizes caffeine or perhaps the need for a bit more hydration and breakfast to truly kickstart your energy. Dunkin’s light coffee is my go-to, but I’ve learned that combining it with a solid morning routine, like stretching or a quick walk, makes a big difference. If you’re someone else who struggles with that mid-morning slump, I’d recommend testing out different types of coffee or even timing your intake differently.
