.1pound ground beef (use whatever meat you prefer)

.1 medium onion, diced

.minced garlic

.1 8oz pack cream cheese, softened

.1 cup of sour cream

.1 10oz can of diced tomatoes with chiles, drained

.1 (15oz)can of refried beans

FOR THE SEASONING:

Chili powder

Seasalt

2 cups of shredded cheese

Green onions chopped for (garnish)
