.1pound ground beef (use whatever meat you prefer)

.1 medium onion, diced

.minced garlic

.1 8oz pack cream cheese, softened

.1 cup of sour cream

.1 10oz can of diced tomatoes with chiles, drained

.1 (15oz)can of refried beans

FOR THE SEASONING:

cumin powder

Chili powder

Seasalt

Accent

Dried parsley

2 cups of shredded cheese

Green onions chopped for (garnish)

Tortillas for serving or Doritos

Cook meat base: Brown meat with onions and garlic, drain

Add creamy elements: stir in softened cream cheese and sour cream until well combined

Incorporate beans: Mix in diced tomatoes, refried beans and all seasoning until evenly blended.
