Hello friends! 🍋

I’m an anxious girl and I always search for new things I can try to reduce my stress/anxiety and then share here with my anxious girlfriend.

That’s my goal in life: find things that actually helps and then run here to talk about it! 😂

I’m not going to lie, when I found out about this pose and the benefits, I was a little bit skeptical, but I always try before jump to conclusions.

All I did was set up a 5 minutes alarm on my phone, I put some meditation music on and then held my legs on the wall, closing my eyes and letting the magic happen.

I immediately could feel the tension releasing. It’s very effective and pretty good for cramp relief too.

I totally recommend you to try it and see how you feel. 5 minutes is the minimum, some people stay longer.

But remember, this health tip is something to add to your routine. Don’t expect a huge change in your body only doing this pose for 5 minutes and not putting any other work.
