Work smarter not harder: be efficient with less
The idea is simple: focus on the 20% of things that truly matter, and let the other 80% fall into place.
It’s not about perfection—it’s about balance. Instead of stressing over every little thing, I’ve learned to focus my energy on what really makes a difference in my life and just let go of the rest.
For example, with work, I stopped trying to perfect every tiny task and instead put my energy into the bigger projects that truly push me forward.
Of for example in my health journey: I focus on getting in a few solid workouts a week and eating mostly healthy, but I don’t stress over every snack or meal.
I’m not perfect yet, but it felt so good when I realized that I don’t have to do everything or be everywhere.
