Healthy yogurt ‘parfait’
We might have made two of these in a matter of 15 minutes because the princess was loving it haha! This is filled with a bunch of nutrients to get your toddler through a bit of running around and playing. Made so quick and easy, any fruit or nuts would be great here!

Tonight’s late night side quest✨
Strawberry jam 😍 3 3/4 c of strawberries 1/4 c sugar 2 tbsp lemon juice Cook until all the liquid is evaporated ~ 30 mins or so.

1. This gorgeous pie plate that was only $6 I just had to grab it!! 2. This adorable relish platter/ serving platter. This has a small chip that is barely noticeable, it was only $1 😍 I looove a good antique find :)

Strawberry picking!🍓
Nothing better than some fresh picked strawberries you get to pick yourself 😍 These were delicious and this was such a fun activity for the family!! This is our second year going, we will surely be back.

Chicken stir fry 🥕🥦🧅
Mommy’s plate Vs. baby’s plate! We both devoured this one, carrots, red and yellow bell pepper, broccoli, and onion. This is such a great meal to get kids to eat a bunch of veggies and it tastes great! 😍 Tip: swap sauces for low sodium options, they taste the same😋

Dollar Tree Healthy Snack Find!!

Super quick brain boosting snack!
My toddler loved this🥰 Peanut butter, thinly sliced apples and then a few strawberries, and then a tsp of ground flax! So quick and so delicious!! 2.5 year old approved haha. I think almost any fruit would be wonderful here as well :)

3 Ingredient rice crispy treats!
#3ingredientrecipe #lemon8challenge How to make: 1. Melt 3/4 of a stick of butter, when bubbly add in marshmallows 2. Stir marshmallows until fully melted down 4. Remove from heat and add in 4 cups of rice crispy treats 5. Transfer to a parchment lined 8x8 pan and serve! Tip- reserve

I love my family ❤️
Family time is so important to me. I make time to see all of my family who lives in town every week and it is one of the best parts of my life. Seeing my grandparents so often is so wonderful and I cherish the time so much more. I am blessed they are so close as well!

Creamy Tuscan Chicken pasta 🍝

Homemade whipped cream🧁
This is just too delicious and simple not to try! I will be adding thing onto my strawberry shortcake this evening and I’m positive it’s going to be absolutely divine :) Give this recipe a go this week!! Grab the ingredients, put them all together and whip until stiff peaks. #homemaking

Oat bars - Toddler Approved
Cook at 350 degrees F for ~ 10 mins or so. My toddler and our friends loved these bars. You could also add peanut butter or dried nuts or fruits for different flavors!
