Purple Nettle, also known as Henbit is high in iron and vitamin c and k. Can be ate chopped in as a salad green. And brewed as a tea with chamomile and honey too. It also makes a nice green addition to your seasonings in stew or soup.

Very healthy wildflower for animals, bees, and humans with lymphatic draining and immune boosting properties. Used as a tea, it’s great for allergies.
