Simple handstand tutorial

To do a headstand, start on your knees and place your forearms on the ground, interlocking your fingers. Rest the crown of your head in your hands. Slowly lift your hips, walk your feet in, and when you're ready, gently lift your legs into the air, one at a time. Engage your core, keep your body aligned, and breathe steadily. Practicing near a wall can help build your confidence.

Simple Bow tutorial!
Lets make a simple bow! 2- 24" length ribbons in 2.5"-4" length. Use the middle of that cut ribbon to determine how wide you want your bow, lay it out and fold in at each end into a tight X shape, then repeat on top. Tie a zip tie or pipe cleaner around the middle and tie in back.
